General terms and conditions

• Any work carried out by M&M tuning is bound to these terms and conditions.

• All vehicles will be health checked before remapping can commence and any problems found will be reported to the customer before any work is done to the vehicle.

• If there are any mechanical defects with the vehicle found with the health check M&M tuning reserves the right to refuse to carry out any work on the vehicle

• M&M Tuning takes no responsibility for the loss of saved setting/radio codes or any other information stored in the vehicle.

• M&M tuning quoted figures are approximate and will vary between vehicles.

• It is your responsibility to inform your insurance and or manufactures of upgrades on your vehicle.

• M&M tuning do not accept liability for death, personal injury, loss of earnings, accidents, damages, faults or legal claims during or after a remap or any service carried out under any circumstances.

• M&M tuning do not offer or imply any kind of warranty on our services unless stated.

• Refunds are at M&M tunings discretion.

• M&M tuning do not accept responsibility for any serviceable item and or mechanical part (including turbos, clutches flywheels, engine internals, fuel pumps and gearboxes) or electrical parts that fail. We accept no claim for labour and or parts under and circumstance.

• M&M tuning upgrades may void the road worthiness of your vehicle we accept no responsibility for this.

• M&M tuning reserves the right to change or alter these terms and conditions at any time.
